I called on Monday and quickly got an appt for Tuesday morning. Gilbert arrived promptly at 10 and couldn't have been nicer. Snaked out my drain and my issue was quickly corrected. Powder room sink no longer backs up from the tub upstairs. I highly recommend North Jersey Sewer & Drain Cleaning. Prompt, Professional and Knowledgeable. Awesome job!!!

Solid local company offering fast service- a knowledgeable drain specialist visited my home the day after I called. Only one con (below), but otherwise the company quickly resolved my bathroom sink clog. The rep I spoke to on the phone to schedule the visit was very attentive, informed, and patiently answered all of my questions. I would use them again for tough clogs. Cons: Did not clean up after- left behind splatters of black sludge from the pipe on my white sink cabinet and bathroom floor, which I'm still cleaning.

Had a blocked sewer pipe. Crew came next morning (after I was also offered an appt on a Sunday night), promptly when they said they would, after giving me a 1-hour (not the typical 4-hour) window. Job was done well, in a reasonable amount of time, for a fair price. 100% would use them again!

I texted them and they responded right away. They put me in the schedule for Monday first thing in the morning and they showed up as expected and fix the issue quickly. TJ from North Jersey sewer and drains arrived soon after I had called the company number. North Jersey sent a text with a picture of TJ so I knew he was the company tech. TJ asked what the problem was (slow drains) and checked the pipes in the basement. He then checked the septic tank and inspection ports and determined that there were some roots in the sewer pipe from the house. He was able to remove some and a stone which was blocking the flow. He then asked me to run the water in the bath sinks and then flush the toilet. We had good flow into the septic. TJ explained what he was doing and why and answered my questions. He also recommended a root kill product to use ongoing and how to use it. The drain is still flowing well. TJ was friendly and professional and answered all of my questions. I am very pleased with TJ and the folks at North Jersey and Drains for getting out to me promptly and helping me with this problem.

Despite this being a busy holiday week/weekend, Cyndi at North Jersey Sewer and Drain Cleaning responded promptly to my request made thru my insurance. The appointment was made same day and the technician, J.T., arrived on time. He correctly diagnosed the problem and went to work. He completed the job, insured that all was well, cleaned up, and wished us a happy holiday. We were concerned that we would have to spend this holiday weekend without a working sewer/drainage system but they literally came through! We were having drainage issues in our kitchen and laundry sinks. I had a plumber come assess and he recommend ripping up the concrete and sheetrock to replace cast iron pipes underground and within the wall with PVC. It was thousands of dollars. We were recommended by a friend to do a second assessment by North Jersey Sewer and Drain Cleaning and we couldnt be happier. TJ fixed the issue in about an hour. Unclogging the pipes and now everything works. They saved me thousands of dollars. I also plan to use them for maintenance work on all drainage pipes. Thank you TJ, Matt and Team!

After leaving a message explaining the issue we were having with our kitchen sink, my call was returned in minutes. Since it wasn't an emergency situation, an appointment was set for the following morning. I can't say enough about how great our experience was with Jaret. He was knowledgeable, and extremely professional. He explained the steps he was taking to correct our problem as he went along and didn't talk down to me, which is sometimes the case when tradesmen speak to women.
